Account deletion

If you want to permanently delete your Zampy account, you can do it directly in the app in a few steps.

Self-service deletion

The deletion request is completed from inside the app. After confirmation, the account and the main associated data are removed from the service's active systems.

How to delete your account

Open Zampy and sign in with the account you want to delete.

Open Profile and choose delete profile

Go to the Profile section and tap the Delete profile button.

Confirm the action

Confirm the request in the final dialog to start permanent deletion.

If you do not remember your password

From the sign-in screen use Forgot password, sign back in, then complete the deletion from the profile section.

What gets deleted

Removed data

The procedure deletes the account profile, authentication records and the main linked data, including pets, requests, consultations, messages, notifications and professional settings associated with the account.

If you cannot complete self-service deletion, use the support channels available in the app after signing in or write to zampy.support@gmail.com.
